Very kind staff, always good about delivering towels daily, clean rooms, and the staff is very caring people who are very quick to service your needs, and they do allot to help people in need as well. Very good hearted people. I believe their names are Kathy and chuck. I have enjoyed my stay at this motel. Also know that their rates are the cheapest price. And you dont have to worry about people who are as I call, intolerant, such as druggies or solicitors and that nonsense as the staff absolutely will not tolerate that kind of person in their motel. They look into any complaints from customers and are on top of problems if they arise. Stayed here quite some time and have learned how nicely ran this motel is. Thanks to hardworking staff.

Very comfortable. Room got cold really fast. Best sleep in forever. Didn't want to get out of bed when alarm went off. But was a wonderful experience. Kids did wonderful.

We arrived in Rensselaer via the small airport nearby. We called the Economy Inn and a very friendly gentleman said he had a room available and would hold it for us. We hitched a ride over and, as expected the Inn looked old on the outside but we got checked in and found that the room was way above what we expected. It was clean, cool and comfortable with a refrigerator/ freezer, wifi, TV, and two new comfortable beds. I couldn’t have asked for more. The gentleman who checked us in even volunteered to drive us to the airport in the morning. Very nice because there is no Uber/taxi service here snd it would have been a long, hot walk.

I gave it five stars because of what you get for your money. I paid 45.00 and got a clean room. No cigarette or other nasty smells, clean bed, clean carpet, clean bathroom, no dust on furniture, big fridge, microwave, cool AC. I travel a lot, and I had to pay more for a worse room. I wish there were more places like this one.

No bugs tap water tastes funny so I bought bottled water. I'd rather stay here than pay an arm and leg just to sleep and chill. It's a decent place. Great prices. Not the Hilton

I came last night and the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and pleasant. The hotel looks old from the outside but once inside, the rooms are updated and very comfortable. Convenient from the highway and easy to find. My family and I had enjoyed our stay there, so we plan on coming back at the next visit...

First impressions are lasting and I have to say that after a long day of pilot driving it was such a blessing to be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by the owner; I've been smiling ever since? The rooms are clean and spacious with a full size, (NoT a mini), fridge. The convenience of being close to the freeway but far enough you cannot hear the traffic. There is a Marathon convenient store next door with trucker parking. So if you been on the road a while heading North or South on I 65 and are feeling tired, don't chance an accident, just exit 220 and look for the Econo Lodge. Have a great night and Safe Travels!

This place was quiet, clean, had a full sized refrigerator and a microwave, and had a nice Roku TV, although the cable line wasn't attached to the TV, but luckily Roku has free live TV channels one of which I watch all the time so it didn't bother me the cable wasn't connected. The shower had good pressure and stayed nice and warm for the length of my shower; I didn't want to get out! There are plenty of options for fast food within walking distance and a 24 hour gas station, and it is located right off of the interstate as well, and it isn't far from the rest of town which has all kinds of other food options and shopping options for anything you might need!

My family and I had the best stay here at Economy Inn. The room I purchased was clean and comfortable. Great amenities around the area and close to the highway (super convenient). Only issue was one pillow that had a snail stain in it …
